Joining Substack has been and continues to be an enriching experience.
It has enabled me to discover and deepen my connection to fellow creatives, including writers, artists, and personal growth practitioners. All contribute in cultivating self-discovery and achieving wholeness in their own magical ways.
It was through such a joyful and encouraging Substack exchange, l met Rebecca B, a certified Meditation and Yoga Teacher. Her beautifully written posts caught my eye, and instantly captured my meditative heart.
Founder of The Bodhi Soul, Rebecca has created a space where mindful living radiates in abundance - inviting us to pause and reset with real-life, accessible guided meditations.
Listening to Rebecca's softly spoken words, her graceful wisdom has become a cornerstone, helping me to expand upon my own meditation practice.
l welcome this deepening of the senses, invigorating my creative spiritual soul.
"Meditation is a practice that helps to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness. It's through this practice that we learn to live more intentionally and making conscious decisions that are in line with our desired path"
Whether you're starting out on your meditation journey, or a seasoned practitioner, l believe you will find her heartfelt offerings a shining guiding light.
" Slow Down
Pause, wonder, dream:
how often do you give
your soul space for ideas
and creativity to flow? "
